A few days ago, my wife and I decided to get on this 90 Day Challenge offered by Visalus Sciences. Two things inspired us. 1) My brother Juan went from 260lbs to 206lbs (Weighing in the best in his life). 2) My friend Josh went from having a beer belly stomach to a six pack in 90 days with little to no exercise just replacing 2 meals a day with the shakes. That excited us.
